What to expect on a Sea Kayaking Half Day Trip

Delve into the breathtaking beauty of the Pembrokeshire Coastline on a guided Sea Kayaking half-day for beginner paddlers.

For individuals, couples, families or small groups with little-to-no previous kayaking experience, this trip is ideal for anyone wanting to get some fundamental kayak skills under their belt whilst exploring a spectacular landscape at a relaxed pace. We’ll cover some basic paddle strokes and make sure you get to grips with manoeuvring your boat in a sheltered harbour before heading out along a stretch of coastline.

Here you may encounter natural arches and sea stacks, booming sea caves and enchanting rock gardens, towering sea cliffs and cascading waterfalls. Paddle through history from smugglers to invaders, pirates to pilgrims and see how the geology tells its own fascinating story too. Spot seals on the rocky shoreline or inquisitively bobbing around you, pods of dolphins or porpoise and an astounding variety of birdlife.
